Dimos Tassos
Dimos Tassos was born in Athens. He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts under the guidance of professors D. Kokkinidis, D. Mytaras, and V. Dimitreas. He received scholarships in both 1985 and 1986 and graduated with top marks. Subsequently, he pursued further studies at the Hochschule der Kunste in Berlin, specializing in the laboratory of C.B. Marwan with a scholarship from Bosch.
Throughout his career, Dimos Tassos has held numerous solo exhibitions in Greece, Cyprus, New York, and Geneva. His artwork can be found in numerous private collections across Greece, the U.S.A., Japan, Switzerland, Great Britain, Germany, Cyprus, and Saudi Arabia. Additionally, his pieces are on display in the Municipal Galleries of Athens, Corinth, and Karditsa, as well as in various public spaces in Cyprus and within the Hellenic Parliament.
